My event is upstairs, can you bring the mirror upstairs?

Yes, however, the mirror weighs 250 lbs. We will need access to a working service elevator to bring it upstairs. In the event that the service elevator stops working, additional charges may apply if attendants or professional movers have to be dispatched to bring it down.

Is the mirror available for outside events?

The mirror is available only at events that have adequate coverage, as light will affect the quality of the photos. The mirror is not available at any beach events where guests will be wet or coming in from the sand.

Is there a deposit required?

We require a $200 holding deposit. The holding deposit is nonrefundable, however, can be applied to a future booking in the event of rescheduling.

What happens after I pay my deposit?

We will schedule an initial meeting with you to discuss the logistics of your event and any special requests not limited to, logos, themes, and props. There will be final meeting that will occur 4 weeks before your event, where you will review the animations that will go with your event, along with any custom props or requests.

What if I need to reschedule my date?

If the mirror is available, we can change the date at no additional cost.

What customizations are available?

We can create a custom welcome video screen with your monogram, graphics or brand logo that can make your Mirror truly personalized for your Corporate event or Wedding.

Your prints can be branded with your company logo or social media information to maximize the potential of your activation or event. Guests can even share the photos on social media as an option to allow for social sharing.  Green Screen Photo Booth feature can also be added to the experience!  We also can create an email database for your marketing purposes with our email capture system. Guests opt-in register to have their photos taken and we provide database right after the event is over!

How will your attendants dress?

Our attendants will arrive groomed and professional dressed. If there are a specific dress code requests, please make sure to mention them in your initial meeting.

How early do you need to setup or break down?

We will at least 1 hour before your event for set up and we will need 1 hour to break down.

What areas do you service?

We service all of San Diego County. We are able to travel to Riverside, Temecula, or Los Angeles for your event. We will apply a travel fee to cover the cost of gas. The amount fluctuates and is determined by current gas prices. Please inquire about current gas prices.

I’m having a large party. What is the maximum guest count?

All our unlimited print packages can service up to 250 guests. Anything over 250 guests will incur additional printing fees of $100 for every 50 guests. There is no additional fee for email or social media sharing packages.

Are we able to keep the props?

Any props that are personalized with monograms or logos you may keep, however, we will keep all other props that can be re-used as this allows us to provide discounted rates and longer booking hours.

How far can I reserve a date?

You can book the mirror one year in advance.
